I’m writing an honest review about this dealership. The sales team and staff are genuinely friendly, helpful and pleasant — no complaints there at all. Unfortunately, my experience with the service department has been disappointing, and I would strongly recommend improvements in this area. Just one week after purchasing a brand-new car, I discovered a fault with the heated driver’s seat. I immediately informed the dealer, and an appointment was scheduled for the next day. After waiting for two hours(!), the service team told me they had “investigated” the issue and confirmed that the seat heating module was defective — but I know this without investigation. I had brought the car in specifically for this part to be replaced. To my surprise, the required part was not in stock. I was assured it had been ordered and would arrive… in two weeks. It’s frustrating and unclear why it takes so long, why I had to waste two hours of my time on an investigation that discovered nothing new, and why I now have to drive a brand-new but faulty vehicle for half a month. To make matters worse, when I returned home I noticed that the decorative trim on the dashboard was no longer properly secured (photo attached). There is now a noticeably large gap that I’m certain wasn’t there before — it appears the panel was disturbed during the service visit and not refitted correctly. The people themselves are lovely and welcoming — that’s undeniable. But the service process, parts availability and attention to detail really let the experience down. I sincerely hope these aspects can be improved. Thank you.
Ron Zimmerman was a great resource for me when shopping for my new car. He was very personable and listen to me and to what I wanted in a car. He educated me and helped me to understand the process, the available options and the pricing involved with buying a new car. I would highly recommend Ron - he's a great guy and an even better salesman!
Brought in a vehicle for trade and was offered $28,000; $5,000 below what I got 15 minutes down the road before any negotiation. Sales rep suggested I could cut them a check for $3,500 on top of the trade. Meanwhile, the 2 other dealers were paying me to take the car. Completely backwards. Wouldn’t recommend.
Great service and sales at Niagara Motors. We purchased a car there last Fall and I also took my Nissan truck there for a safety check. Niagara Motors determined that the front breaks needed to be replaced and the Nissan dealership had missed that at a recent service.
